Quick turnaround replacement for Gefion Motor Fleet policy
Century are called upon to assist Broker in replacing a customers Gefion Motor Fleet policy, after the insurer went into liquidation.
As Gefion’s Insurance license was withdrawn and the insurance provider fell into liquidation, existing policyholders were no longer able to make mid-term adjustments or rely on their policy being renewed. With Motor Fleets often being updated with new vehicles and frequent changes required to policies, this posed an immediate problem for many policyholders.
The restrictions quickly impacted a Century Broker’s customer after they looked to change the vehicles on their policy and were unable to. With an established TOBA in place, the broker immediately turned to Century to help.
