Meet the Team: Racheal Wicko, Claims Technician

We’re excited to introduce one of the newest faces at Century – Racheal Wicko, who’s joined the team as a Claims Technician.

Racheal brings with her over 14 years of experience across some of the UK’s top TPAs, including roles as a claims adjuster, FNOL Manager and senior manager. She’s already making a big impact at Century, supporting our brokers and TPA partners with claims queries, auditing performance, and reviewing settlements that sit outside delegated authority. In short, she’s an invaluable addition to our claims team.

When asked what she loves most about working at Century, Racheal’s answer was immediate – “The people.” We’ll take that as a good sign!

Outside the office, Racheal is a self-confessed lover of all things cosy – think coffee, candles, and classic literature (with a splash of red wine). When she’s not working her way through the Brontës or Austen, you might find her strumming a guitar or clocking up the miles as an avid runner – including a proud finish at the Colchester Half Marathon.

Oh, and did we mention she has a holiday home in Betty’s Bay, South Africa? Sitting on the patio with a book in hand, watching whales and dolphins glide through the bay… sounds like the perfect recharge.
