A key part of this journey has been the expansion of the Century team, with several experienced and talented individuals joining the business. New additions include Ricky Read and Perry Lyons as Senior Motor Fleet Underwriters, Rachael Wicko as Claims Technician, and Ross Metcalfe as Underwriting Assistant – each bringing valuable expertise, energy and commitment to supporting brokers and policyholders.

The year also marked a major milestone with the announcement of Century’s long-term capacity partnership with Antares Insurance Company Limited. This landmark agreement provides substantial committed capacity and represents a significant step forward in supporting underwriting growth, product development and long-term stability for broker partners.

Looking ahead to 2026, Century remains focused on deepening existing broker relationships while welcoming new partners who are looking to win, grow and retain motor fleet insurance business in an increasingly competitive market.
