Claims Process

We have worked closely with our markets to ensure you can have complete confidence in our claims service. From the moment we are notified, we will work with you to resolve your claim in the quickest, most efficient manner possible.

As such, it is essential that all claims are reported as quickly as possible. Our UK based claims team are available 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. Our team will:

  • Efficiently take full details of the incident
  • Confirm policy cover and limits
  • Provide contact details and outline the next steps to help guide you through the process

In the event of an incident which may give rise to a claim please call the Century Claims Helpline immediately.

You can also notify us of a claim via email.
